Hi, I’m Alyssa and I am an Asian American artist and writer from Santa Barbara who enjoys discovering new ways to utilize my media and writing skills in an ongoing list of creative side projects. I am the editor-in-chief of Overachiever Magazine and I am currently expanding my digital media portfolio with photography while also trying to read three books at the same time.

I’m not afraid to try new ideas or learn new things. My website and social media is a space for my creative and personal developments as I pursue my dream to write a book someday, and a new plot twist is that I’m a mom now! As I navigate this new chapter of my life, I aspire to continue to grow in my professional work. One day I’d like to help create something more sustainable, inclusive, and meaningful for my community.
